The Shin Koyamada Foundation (SKF) is a United States nonprofit organization officially registered as 501(c)(3) tax exempt founded by Shin Koyamada and Nia Lyte on March 10th, 2008 in the United States of America.

The SKF offers youth scholarships to foster the importance of respect, honor, courtesy, value and manner through martial arts and active participation in global environmental issues, donations and education to underprivileged individual and family and international cultural exchange projects.

The main programs of the foundation include Martial Arts Scholarship Program, Global Donation Initiative, Global Education Initiative, Disaster Relief Fund and
Mikoto as well as the charity events including the United States Martial Arts Festival.
